(Moriarty X Reader) Bambi!?

“Jim, honey!~” You sung, skipping through your boyfriends mansion. (Yes, I said mansion.)  “Babe!” You grinned, coming to a stop outside his study door.

“What is it, darling?” Jim asked wearily, too tired to berate you for being ‘annoyingly perky’, as he liked to put it. “Are you done with work?” You asked softly. He groaned, rubbing his forehead. “Yes, I am finally done.” “Fantastic! Now c'mon, Allons-y!” You ran over to him and took his hand, dragging him out the door with you. “Honey, did you just quote Doctor Who again?” “No dear, shhhh~”

“What are we doing?”

“We’re gonna watch a movie!”

“What movie?”

“One I haven’t seen since I was very little.”

“That didn’t exactly help me, love.”

“Oh but…aren’t you a genius? Can’t you tell how old I am just by looking at my jacket, or how many siblings I have by what kind of books I read, oh, and what my blood type is by my-“

“Ok, ok, ok, Miss smart aleck, would you just tell me what damned movie we’re watching already?”

You giggled, sitting on the couch and pulling him with you. “We’re watching ‘Bambi’.”

“Bambi! Why the hell are we watching Bambi!?”

“Because everyone needs to watch it at some point, and you haven’t seen it yet!!”

“But I don’t want to!!” He whined.

“Well to freaking bad!!!”

He glared at you with the most menacing look he had. You glared right back.

“Alrighty then, now, I must warn you” You said popping the disc in. “that this is like the saddest movie ever. I swear it will break your heart.”

“…..Love, I’m a Consulting Criminal, a villain. I’ve got a heart of stone. I don’t think some child’s movie about cute little woodland creatures is going to ‘break my heart’.” He scoffed.

“WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT!? HOW COULD THEY KILL HIS MOTHER!? I THOUGHT THIS WAS A CHILDREN’S MOVIE, WHAT THE HELL??”

“Honey, Honey it’s ok! It gets better I promise!”

“HOW CAN IT POSSIBLY GET ANY BETTER, SOME JACKASS HUNTERS JUST SHOT HIS MOM!?”
